Payments and Cancelations
  • A $400 down payment is due at sign-up, fully refundable to February 1, 2021.
  • Full payment is due by February 1, 2021. Cancelations before Feb. 1 will be refunded their full deposit.
  • Cancelations after Feb 1 will be refunded their full amount minus the down payment.
Solo Travelers

Solo travelers are typically paired with a same gender room-mate. An additional $250 cost will be added to the total package cost for solo accommodations.

3 nights lodging at Desoto State Park, Alabama.

Meals

Day one; dinner provided. Day two; breakfast. Day three; breakfast and dinner. Day four; breakfast.

Guides

Tour will be led by Randall Carlson and Associates.

Transport
  • Transportation will be by 12-person passenger van.
  • The first stop of the tour will be in Gadsden, Alabama. If it is easier for participants to join the tour at that location, accommodations for that can be made.
  • Airlines: If you are flying into Georgia for the tour, please check with us prior to purchasing your airline tickets to make sure we have achieved the minimum number of participants required to operate the tour.
Weather

Average high for that time of year is about 55 degrees, and average lows are in the low 30s. Spring weather on the plateau can change abruptly so rain gear of some sort is advisable.
